How do I get a firewall port open to my server?

If you require a specific port to be opened to your server, please submit a support request and select the category 'Dedicated Server - Firewall Request'.  In the request, please supply the Application Name, Port number, protocol, direction and destination.

For example, if you install a web server that listens then the request would be:

Application Name: Web Server
Port Number: 80
Protocol: TCP
Direction: Inbound

Alternatively you can use the firewall request form which is part of your welcome pack.
