Sage Line 50 version 10 has a problem if the permissions on the all
users folder is not correct. When you try to log in it seeminly hangs
and then returns an error "Invalid user or password".
This can happen if the permissions or ownership of the all users folder is wrong.
1. Check that the All Users folder has the appropriate permissions:
Administrator and System: Full Control
Power Users, Everyone and Users: Read, read & execute, list
2. Check that the ownership of the folder is <computer>\Administrators
Sometimes
even though it shows that the ownership and permissions are correct you
may need to reapply them to correct the problem.
