The default configuration of the voicemail system is to send any new voicemail notifications via email, together with the message as an attachment.
To access your voicemail from your extension, enter *97, you will be prompted for your password and then you can listen to your voicemails.
To access your voicemail from someone else's extension, enter *98, you will be prompted for the mailbox number and then your password.
To access your voicemail from an external number dial your phonenumber or extension, when you are greeted with your voicemail greeting press '*', you will then be asked to enter your password.
