Update 09:46: A faulty UPS has been found and is being replaced as a matter of urgency.

We have been monitoring the service and no more issues have been seen.

Update 2015:
Full service has been restored and we haven't seen any random outtages for 45 minutes.  We are still monitoring to ensure no more problems.

Update 15:45
:  It appears to be random power flutuations causing issues in the racks. Engineers are working on the issue.

Update 14:45
: We have lost contact with several devices again.  We are monitoring the issue and will update when we know more.

Update 10:45
: We have regained contact with all of our network devices, and can see customer ports coming back up. At this point, should customers see their devices not coming back up, please raise a support ticket on https://support.lushsoft.com and we will help out as quick as we can.

Update 10:38 Power is being restored, we will advise once all devices are back.

Update 10:12: We have lost contact to our devices in Bluesquare 3 and Bluesquare 2. Customers in Bluesquare 1 appear to still have power and are going out over the backup line, however there will be reduced network capacity at this time.

We have been made aware of a potential power outage at Bluesquare datacentre. We have lost our primary link out of there at the moment.
