Update 20-3-2011 0938: The memory fault has been found and the modules removed. The server is fully operational again and being monitored.
Update 20-3-2011 0836: Our onsite engineers are working on the replacement server. it appears there maybe a faulty memory module.
Update 20-3-2011 0041: We have lost contact with the replacement server. We are investigating the issue.
Update: 19-3-2011 2246: The replacement server has been installed and the working ok.
Update: 19-3-2011 0825: After investigating further it appears that the server has been damaged in the power spike. The server has been rebooted and a replacement server is being sourced. Service maybe intermittent during the day until the server is replaced.
Update: 19-3-2011 0625: We have lost contact with UK3. Our onsite engineers are currently investigating.
