A compromise of a customers email account has lead to a slow down in email being received or sent. We are currently clearing a backlog of 20,000 emails. Please bear with us while we remove the unauthorised emails.
**Update @ 1046 -18th November** We have re-routed all outbound email through another spam gateway which is also removing a large number of spam but also allowing trapped email to be sent. We are still monitoring the situation and hope to have it fully resolved soon. **
**Update @ 1707 - 18th November** We have released all trapped emails and have ensured that any blocklists have been contacted including Barracuda.org. All emails are now exiting properly. We are leaving the new gateways in place for all outbound email to ensure this doesn't happen again.
