Due to a major outage at our Interconnect in London our phone system currently cannot receive inbound or outbound calls on all 0870 numbers. This is also affect the conference calling facilities. Engineers are working to resolve the outtage. ** UPDATE ** Incoming calls have been restored for 0870 863 7200 and 0870 863 7222, however, the conference call number 0870 863 7223 is currently routing to the main Lushsoft IVR. We are currently investigating a rogue web application that is cauing 100% processor utilisation on server UK3 - former 1uhosting web server. Email was very slow through the ex-1uhosting.net mail server - mail.server365.net. This was due to a denial of service attack against this server and a major influx of SPAM. We are currently reducing the queues and mail should start to be processed normally. The queues have now been cleared and normal operations have been resumed. As of Monday 8th June 2009, the status of lxlabs is unknown due to the suicide of the owner. We use lxlabs HyperVM and Lxadmin for our linux estate and as such the current known status of the patches and of the company leaves us in a tricky situation. We are monitoring closely the health of the servers and ensuring that the vulnerability is not exploited.
